Every property is unique. The time required to complete the on-site survey and prepare the final BER Certificate and Advisory Report will vary depending on the size, layout and construction of the home.

​Planning energy upgrades or renovations ?
​We offer Provisional BER assessments as well as discounted bundles when booking both your Provisional and Final BER together.

Unlike a standard BER, which reflects the home as it currently stands, a Provisional BER models the property based on proposed improvements.
